National Realty & Development Corp spending report (Jan 2006 )
Congratulations Agawam !
We would like to thank all the people of Agawam. Your votes in the November 8th election
have made a resounding statement about how you feel about Agawam and it’s future. (
See
election results). The Tennis Rd. Development and subsequent question of retail have brought
to light the urgent need for new zoning to ensure the managed growth of our town. We can’t
rely on developers to have the best interests of Agawam when planning their projects. In the
very near future with the help of our Town Council, Planning Board and the citizens of
Agawam, they will develop, enact and implement what we hope will be "Master Plan" if you will,
with comprehensive zoning and insightful planning that will ensure a future that will be
appreciated by generations to come.

To our supporters, a very, very heartfelt thanks. Your endless energy, your time, your
generosity, and unwavering support were the driving force behind our success. And to the
thousands of supporters who cast their votes in opposition to the developer's self-written
zoning laws
Thank You ! You are all a testament to what is great about the people of Agawam
and indeed America and democracy. Through it all, your ability to see the issue for what it
really was.... Who should really be in control of the future of Agawam? Your answer resonates
throughout our town and the region “Agawam And It's People”.
Again thanks to you all !
